Regarding SEO Services: Refunds for SEO are not offered as outcomes depend on several factors outside of our control. Still, we provide changes within the parameters of your service agreement.
For Web Design Services: You will be qualified for one round of changes should you find the first designs offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the design unsatisfactory after changes, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
For material Creation Services: Tell us within 7 days if the supplied material does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the service agreement. We will try to change the material or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.

3. Demand for a Refund

4. Settlement
